  • “we”, “our”, “us”: shall refer to the members who operate the Platform (as listed in the “The Consortium” section on the Platform’s homepage) and, when applicable, to any of their partners, suppliers and subcontractors.

We may collect the data listed below in connection with your use of the Platform. Not all the data we collect is considered to be "personal data" under GDPR. However, we want to provide you with the most comprehensive information on all the data we process when you use this Platform. Please note that we never request the communication of sensitive data (or “special categories of data” as defined by GDPR) and we ask that you do not transmit such data to us.

1.1 Data we collect when you use the Platform:

During each of your visits to our Platform, we may collect the following data:

We keep your data within the members who operate the Audio Marketplace, except in limited cases outlined below:

  • Third parties with whom we collaborate may have access to your personal data, in particular the subcontractors we use in relation to technical, commercial, marketing, legal and e-mail services. These transfers are always made in the context of the purposes described in the “Purposes of Data Processing” section (2) above, and only data strictly necessary for the achievement of these purposes is concerned.
  • We may transfer your data if it appears necessary to (i) enforce any terms of use and this Privacy Policy, (ii) respond to any claim against us or one of our subcontractors, (iii) comply with any court order, including in the context of inquiries and investigations, (iv) to guarantee the rights, property and safety of the Audio Marketplace (and the members who operate it), yourself and third parties.
  • We may transfer your data under the conditions and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to any new member in case of reorganization of the consortium operating the Audio Marketplace.

3.2 Places to which transfers can be made:

We will host and keep your data within the European Union. However, some data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Union, some of which may have a less protective legislation relating to personal data than that applicable within the European Union. This may be the case for data transmitted to some of our subcontractors located outside of the European Union, which we can use for certain specific services.
